NEVER FORSAKEN

God anchors contentment in His presence. He does not merely tell us to be content with less. He reminds His people that they are not abandoned.

Covetousness whispers that we cannot be secure unless we possess what someone else has. It makes the heart restless and blind to mercy already given. But the presence of God speaks a better word. You are not abandoned. You are not without help.

This does not mean every need disappears immediately. It means every need can be brought to the Father who remains near. He may provide through unexpected ways, strengthen you in waiting, or teach you to see His faithfulness in places you overlooked.

When the heart knows it is not forsaken, it can loosen its grip. It can stop chasing identity in things and start resting in the Lord. Deuteronomy 31:6 tells God's people, "Be strong and courageous," because "he will not leave you or forsake you."

If you feel lack today, do not deny it. Bring it to God. But let His promise speak louder than fear.

You may not have everything you want, but in Christ you are never forsaken.
