Information you choose to share

Daily Dose may receive your name, email address, subscription request, prayer request, answered prayer, or message when you submit a form.

Prayer requests

Private prayer requests are sent to Daily Dose and are not displayed publicly. Public prayer requests may be reviewed before appearing on the prayer wall.

Email

If you subscribe, your email may be used to send Daily Dose devotions and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time through the email service.

App install stats

The site records simple aggregate PWA/app activity, such as install signals and app opens. These stats do not collect names, email addresses, or personal identities.

Optional website analytics

With your consent, Daily Dose Devotions uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how people find and use the website. This may measure pages viewed, visits, approximate location such as country, device type, referral source, campaign parameters, engagement, and outbound link clicks through GA4 Enhanced Measurement.

Analytics is disabled by default. Google’s analytics script is not requested unless you select Accept analytics. Advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalisation remain denied. The lawful basis for this processing is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the applicable Irish ePrivacy rules.

You can reject analytics without losing access to any essential site feature. You can also change or withdraw your choice at any time by selecting Privacy choices at the bottom of the page. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before consent was withdrawn.

Google may process analytics information on servers outside Ireland or the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, Google states that it uses recognised transfer safeguards, which may include adequacy decisions and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Daily Dose will configure the GA4 data-retention setting to retain event-level user data for no longer than 14 months. Aggregated reporting may remain available for longer. GA4 Measurement ID: G-TSTZL7T2F9.

Consent record

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so the site can remember it. This preference is separate from the site’s aggregate PWA/app activity counter.
